Although South Tyrol is one of the smallest wine-growing regions in Italy, it is among those with the greatest variety of grape types. From the classic Schiava to the fruity Pinot Blanc and the distinctive Sylvaner, more than 20 grape varieties grow here.
As in the kitchen, we consistently focus on regionality when selecting our wines. Uli has put together the wine list according to these criteria, with a strong emphasis on quality and origin.
You can expect a carefully selected range of top South Tyrolean wines. We are also happy to personally advise you in discovering, tasting, and purchasing special wines.
