Although South Tyrol is one of the smallest wine-growing regions in Italy, it is among those with the greatest variety of grape types. From the elegant Vernatsch to the fruity Pinot Blanc and the crisp Sylvaner, more than 20 grape varieties are grown in South Tyrol.
Just as with our cuisine, we value regional character in the cellar as well. For this reason, Uli has created the wine list according to these principles.
