Agriculture that is socially and ecologically responsible – for us, this is both a conviction and a vision for the future. In our mountain village of Gfrill near Salurn, many small farms are managed with great passion. Many farmers also have a second profession while still preserving the tradition and dedication to animal husbandry. Here, every animal has a name – cows, sheep, and goats are part of a conscious approach to nature and life. This results in high-quality products such as curd cheese, yogurt, eggs, and healthy meat. This interaction strengthens the community and shows that sustainable agriculture has a future even in a remote mountain village.
